Terms of Service
Terms of Service — These Terms govern your access to and use ofNyra, a personal AI assistant service operated byHasif Ahmed at nyraai.tech.
By messaging Nyra or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Nyra.
1. The service
Nyra is a personal AI assistant that responds to messages, helps with tasks, and maintains conversational context across supported platforms, including Instagram Direct Messages, Telegram, LINE, and Desktop applications.
Nyra uses artificial intelligence. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Nyra is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for how you use Nyra’s outputs.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nyra, or the minimum age required by your platform and local law, whichever is higher. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
If you use Nyra through Instagram or other Meta products, you must also comply with Meta’s Platform Terms and Instagram’s Terms of Use.
3. Your account and platform access
You access Nyra through third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Telegram, LINE). You are responsible for maintaining the security of those accounts and for all activity that occurs through your connection to Nyra.
You may disconnect Nyra at any time by removing the app or blocking the bot on your chosen platform, and by requesting data deletion as described in ourPrivacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nyra to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others
- Send spam, malware, or abusive automated traffic
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Generate or distribute illegal, exploitative, or highly sensitive content involving minors
- Circumvent platform or API restrictions, including Meta’s Developer Policies
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you send to Nyra. By sending content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use that content solely to operate and improve Nyra as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not send content you do not have the right to share, or content that violates others’ privacy or intellectual property rights.
6. AI-generated responses
Nyra generates responses automatically. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should verify important information independently before relying on it.
Nyra may refuse requests that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside the intended use of a personal assistant.
7. Third-party platforms and services
Nyra is available through third-party messaging platforms that have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those platforms’ availability, actions, or policies. Your use of Instagram is subject toInstagram Terms of Useand Meta’s policies.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in ourPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Service availability
We strive to keep Nyra available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Nyra is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hasif Ahmed and NyraAI.tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid for the service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hasif Ahmed from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of Nyra, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using Nyra at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve disputes informally.
